This form will send an anonymous email to current site heads with a copy of whatever you type into it. It will also send you a copy of the same email if you request one, so you have a record that the email was sent.

On receiving the email, the site leads and relevant department(s) will discuss the feedback, issues, and content within before replying to it on the website in public with a copy of the text of your email. Depending on the nature of your mailing, the Social department may also be asked to weigh in.

If this mailing is part of a Grievance (per Site Governance) then you must also mark the relevant Guiding Principle or departmental policy that has been violated, and make note of the site members whose behavior you wish to have reviewed. Please provide specific evidence of the behavior you note in a Grievance.
